Items are allowed to be returned if :

  • Broken item (manufacturing / production issue)
  • Wrong products / sizes given
  • Size exchanging

    ** one order entitled for one time exchange only

    ** Strictly NO SIZE EXCHANGE for [CLEARANCE SALE] items.

    **International orders are not allowed for size exchange.


RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Strictly NO REFUND once goods sold.
  • If the particular size / item is out of stock or dis-continued, you may exchange with a different products  (same value as or higher value than the previous purchased). 
  • Customers are not allowed to exchange for a lower value item.
  • We do not take responsible for purchaser's return shipping fees. 

We allow size exchange for one time only, but there is an extra charge of RM 10 (West Malaysia) / RM15 (East Malaysia) for postage fees, duration for you to exchange is only 5 days from the first day you received our items (we will check it by tracking numbers). After the 5th days of the purchased item is not allow to exchange anymore.
 

 Goods Returning Terms & Procedures:

  • Make sure the condition is perfect (without any damage)
  • Contact us through  whatsApp (+601121111688) or email to [email protected] , IG dm @thematchesstore
  • Mention your order number and request for size changing, broken item or received the wrong products.
  • Postage (RM 10 west malaysia / RM15 east malaysia) has to be made to Matches Store Maybank 508038617910 in order to proceed the returning process or else return request shall be ignored.
  • Post the item along with the original box from The Matches Store to the post office with our company address.
  • Provide us the tracking number and payment receipt as well.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will re-check the items and make sure everything in good condition in order for us to proceed the size changing process.
  • The whole process shall takes 30 working days (exclude weekend, public holiday and postage time) in order to be complete.
  • Once the process is done, we will contact and provide you along the tracking number.
  • We DO NOT take responsible of the related lost parcel during the return transit.

**Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers with shipping charges to be borne by the customer.
