1. Delivery of items may delay variably due to unforeseen reasons by courier service which is regretfully out of our control.

2. We DO NOT take any responsibility for any unforeseen delay of international parcel delivery caused by custom clearance process (especially during peak season).

3. We DO NOT take any responsibility for any lost parcels in transit.

 

Q2. Is there any payable tax?

  • Tax & duties are NOT applicable for all Malaysia parcels. The responsibility for ANY potential custom duties, foreign taxes or other related fees shall be bared by parcel receivers.


Q3. Do we offer cash on delivery (COD)?

  • No. We only deliver via postage.

 

Q4. How to track the status of parcel?

**Disclaimer : We usually dispatch the tracking numbers upon packing done. So please expect the tracking numbers will only be activated within 24 hours.

Q1. How to get the best fit sizing / measurement?

 

Q2. Do we provide size exchange?

  • We do provide size exchange. However, customer has to send back within 5 days, postage fee is excluded with postage charge of : West Malaysia RM12 / East Malaysia RM17 , jewellery item(s) MUST BE in original unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage or this return will not be approved .

    The entire process will takes up to 10 to 14 days ( excluding delivery process time )

    ** one order entitled for one time exchange only

    ** Strictly NO SIZE EXCHANGE for [40% Discount above / Engraved ] items. 

    **International orders are not allowed for size exchange.



**Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers with shipping charges to be borne by the customer. 


Q3. Any alternative ways to solve the wrong sizing issue?

  • You may resize it in any silver retail store.

Q1. What is the material of our products?

  • All our jewelries are made of 100% authentic sterling 925silver.

 

Q2. What are the stones made of?

  • Premium cubic zirconia stones.

 

Q3. Do our products tarnish / rust over time ?

  • No. 100% authentic 925silver do not tarnish/rust over time. It is water resistant, rust free, hypo-allergenic.

Engraving Service

Q1. Is engraving service FREE or CHARGED ?

  • RM6 charged per ring.

- Add to cart ONCE for ONE item.
- Add to cart TWICE for TWO items.
- Add to cart THRICE for THREE items & etc.


Q2. What is the word count limitations ?


Q3. Can choose own ideal font ?

  • Only 1 default font will be used for engraving.


Q4. Can proceed with size exchange after engraving done on the ring ?

  • Size exchange STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED for engraved ring. 


Q5. All jewelries can be engraved ?

Q1. Do we have a physical store?

  • No. We do not have a physical store at the moment.

 

Q2. Do our products suitable for engagement rings / wedding rings?

  • Yes. With premium quality & design, our products are definitely decent to be used as engagement rings / wedding rings.

**Disclaimer : It anyways depends on individual’s budget & material preference.

Q4. Do we provide refund?

  • Strictly no refund once goods sold.


Q5. Do we provide design / colour exchange ?

  • Strictly NO design / colour exchange once goods sold.


Q6. Can I get an item replaced ?

  • Replacement on items within warranty are applicable if :

1. Your item is damaged / broken

2. You have received the wrong item


** Disclaimer : The Matches Store's warranty ONLY covers 7 days from date of parcel delivered. 

This warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by wear and tear. 

Damage caused after the 7th day is considered as normal wear and tear.
