  • DHL Ecommerce / POS Laju ( for Malaysia Pacel)

  • ARAMEX international ( for international parcel )


Q4. Do we offer cash on delivery (COD)?

  • No. We only deliver via postage.

  • We do provide size exchange. However, customer has to send back within 5 days, postage fee is excluded with postage charge of : West Malaysia RM10 / East Malaysia RM15 , jewellery item(s) MUST BE in original unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage or this return will not be approved .

    The entire process will takes up to 5 to 10 days ( excluding delivery process time )

**Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers with shipping charges to be borne by the customer.

  • No. 100% authentic 925silver do not tarnish/rust over time. It is water resistant, rust free, hypo-allergenic.

  • Replacement on items within warranty are applicable if :

2. You have received the wrong item

** Disclaimer : The Matches Store's warranty ONLY covers 7 days from date of parcel delivered. 

This warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by wear and tear. 

Damage caused after the 7th day is considered as normal wear and tear.
